This property was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool watching dolphins early morning and late afternoon. We will definitely book again.

Excellent property for a small family stay: clean and spacious, great room arrangement, nice balcony to enjoy the breeze, we loved the reclining sofas. Kitchen is great, everything you need, excellent ice makers (a definite bonus). The property is well-situated, quick access to the private beach that is not too busy and is wide enough to both enjoy sunbathing closer to the tide and playing sports closer to the building. Parking is convenient, it is in the same building as the property, so not much walking to bring your things from the car. The building does have a small pool and a in-ground hot tub, but we didn’t really use them, the beach is too good. Overall great experience, appreciated the cleanliness and attention to details most of all, will definitely come back.

Condo was great with easy beach access and ability to walk just about anywhere you want to go in Destn and getting in and out wasn'ttoo bad despite the Destin traffic. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. They had a nice loud fan available for you fan sleepers like us. It was nice to have it over our quieter travel fan. They tell you straight up in the elevator that noise travels and to be courteous, and it does. Wasn't too bad, but just try to be respectful of others in the building, unlike the group above us. Still not unbearable. It was a good choice for us.

Wonderful location, right on the beach and has a private pool. Weather was beautiful!!! Sand is white, the gulf is bright blue and being right on the beach is amazing!! Chris was a very good communicator and was very helpful and responsive almost immediately to any concerns we had. We will definitely be staying see again!

As oceanfront as you're ever gonna get

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 6 night stay. The condo is on the 4th floor of Destin Towers located on the beach and near shopping and dining. The condo was updated, clean throughout and well stocked. The balcony had full view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, making it a great place to relax with a beverage. We've stayed at many oceanfront condos before and while we loved the view, it always took a while for us to get used to the sound of the ocean before we could fall asleep at night. This apartment is the first one to have thick sliding glass doors to the balcony which provided safety and a great sound barrier from the ocean and the weather as we had some serious wind and rain during our stay. Also the apartment was overall very clean and updated. We also liked that the second bedroom and bath were on the opposite side of the master bedroom making it comfortable and private for us and our kids. Loved the covered parking with easy access to the building. Access to parking, the building and the beach were by keypad which felt v safe.
