Located in the coastal neighborhood of Crystal Beach close to Henderson Beach State Park. Perfect for families, Caribbean Dunes 202 has close and easy beach access with a community pool and hot tub. There are two bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed that accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath with a whirlpool tub and the second bedroom loft has its own private bath. Both bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.

A fully furnished and equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living area complete with a TV and DVD player. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is only steps away and across the street. Directly next door is the local favorite Camille's Restaurant. In addition, several outstanding beach side restaurants are just minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The home was in a perfect location and a very short walk across the street to the public beach access. The upstairs loft room/bathroom provided privacy to our adult child and our younger children enjoyed the living room’s pull out couch bed which allowed us to be close to them. The pool was perfect and so convenient when the kids were needing a beach break. We enjoyed having our coffee with a beach view every morning on the nice patio! Our host had plenty of beach items in the closest for use and was very communicative prior to our stay. He provided plenty of information on beach accesses, fun places and good food. We had absolutely no issues and would 100% stay again and plan to do so!

We enjoyed our trip to Destin. The location can’t be beat. You walk just across the street to the public access and you are on the white sandy beaches! The condo was a perfect size for 4 of us. The view from the balcony is wonderful, only a few obstructions but you can see the ocean much better than any of the neighboring units. We enjoyed the beach and the pool was not too busy and a great way to cap off the day. The condo had the dishes/utensils we needed to make dinners. The grill is out by the pool and similar to what you would see at a park. Fan was very communicative and responsive before and during. Getting in was easy as you get a door code ahead of time. They do have toilet paper and paper towels to get you started but you will want to order your own. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken when we arrived, Fan sent a maintenance person same day but he was unable to fix it. We appreciated her prompt response. The closet was full of items to use at the beach, a cooler, chairs, beach mats, sand toys etc. that was nice as we flew in and only could pack a few things. We didn’t rent a car, we Ubered from VPS and did a grocery delivery. Camille’s is a cute little coffee shop just the next street over. We could also walk less than a mile to Publix and some restaurants so no need for a vehicle. Overall it was a great stay and we would book again in the future due to the great communication and location!

Perfect Location!

Loved the location in Crystal Beach! Loved the view from the balcony! That was my favorite thing about the condo! The beach decorations were nice! The condo isn’t new, but the air conditioning and water pressure/hot water was great! The pool was nice, and the pool area is kept very clean! We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Condo

We have stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the past and this was a nice condo as were the others we stayed in. The best part is the view of the Gulf from the balcony. It was also nice that there were beach chairs in the closet. We had no children, so we did not use any of the other beach equipment, but for a family with kids it would be very nice to have.
