"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, excellent restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.

The resort has its private beach. Effective 2024, the resort has a new beach service setup program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription, which includes two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, allowing our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are meticulously maintained to exceed industry standards, ensuring a worry-free stay and making your visit with us an ideal and memorable experience. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Summer Family Vacation

Condo was clean and just as pictured. Location was perfect! Only concern we had was the fact none of the exterior doors to the balcony or the lobby locked- with small children this could be concerning however, the balcony doors are extremely heavy and the kids could not open on their own. Overall the condo was perfect and we plan to return in the future!

Absolutely breathtaking condo, beach, and amenities we have seen!

This condo is incredible. From top to bottom, everything is clean, elegantly styled, relaxed, beautiful, comfortable, stocked, easy, and very accommodating for our ladies group of four over 50 yo. The ease and elegance of it all was exactly what we all needed to feel relaxed and restored. Both the master and the second room felt like grand masters. Ceiling to floor ocean views will lull you to sleep and gently wake you in the morning. Likewise, the living room opens to panoramic ocean views. The ease of the parking, luggage carts, and door locks were appreciated. The building property is likewise well kept. The pools were in excellent shape, the elevators were responsive, and the beach… the BEACH was gorgeous!! Emerald, light blue, and teal spread across powder white sand. It doesn’t get any better!! Great spaces to wash the sand off, excellent beach service and rentals. It has it all. We were supremely impressed by the amount of forethought that went into our stay and will be a repeat renter!!

We had a wonderful time. Property was 10/10. Cleanliness and the views were spectacular. The private beach was 10/10. This was a hidden gem and top tier.We recommend the following related to the check-in process. The information provided on the app versus what was sent via email was inconsistent. It was unclear that the key fob was to be used on the keypad to enter the building. There should be a video tutorial in the email to walk you through the check-in process.

Beautiful view but the worst beds we have ever slept on…

Beautiful view overall nice area and building, but these were the worst beds we’ve ever slept on in our entire lives. The washer was terrible. There were not enough blankets to bed ratio, super Dusty. Nicely decorated, but the rooms could use deep cleanings. Very crowded toward the end of our stay and we kept hearing someone yelling racial slurs.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We had a amazing stay! The Beyond Blue Vacations were very pleasant and nice ! They kept in contact through our stay. The condo is beautiful very clean and beds are very soft and comfortable! The balcony has wonderful views and nice furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need which was great! The condo was close to restaurants and stores.I would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely return!

Everything was great. Only thing I could say is the furniture in the living could be replaced. Not very comfortable and feathers constantly coming out of the couch and pillows. Had to constantly pick them up and pick off of clothes. Otherwise very nice place. We had a very good time!!

This place was absolutely amazing, I loved everything about it! I almost didn’t want to get out of the comfy bed. Everything was clean and it looked exactly like it looked in the pictures. Great location

This is our 2nd year in this building, first in this unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For the building, the elevators are fast, the building is kept clean & the pool area is fantastic. We enjoy the easy & quick access to the beach. We booked our chairs well in advance & had first row seating the entire week. As for the apartment, it’s stocked with everything you need, although we dined out nightly. The beds are comfortable (the 2nd bedroom more than the main) and offer plenty of storage. The view from the condo is beautiful. We look forward to returning next year
