Beautifully positioned on the 17th floor of Pelican Beach Resort, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline, just a few steps from the white sand beach in Destin. On the grounds of the resort, you'll have access to swimming pools, a hot tub & a pair of fitness centers, not to mention access points to a gorgeous stretch of Gulf-front beach. Come home at the end of each sunny day to kick back on the balcony with a view of the shoreline, get a homemade dinner going in the fully appointed kitchen, or simply relax in the company of three TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi & a CD stereo system. At night, take your pick of a king bedroom, a queen bedroom & an additional sleeper sofa.
Pelican Beach Resort is a Gulf-front property on the sparkling shores of Destin, an ideal escape for those looking to swim, surf, sunbathe, take long walks along the beach & test their skills in a wide variety of water sports. You'll also be right in the midst of Destin's most popular attractions, with Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park practically across the road, The Track's go-karts and miniature golf course less than a mile east & the Destin Harbor Boardwalk just over two miles west. Tee off on the Seminole Course or the Choctaw Course at Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club (two miles northeast), find an assortment of eateries and grocery stores within a few minutes' drive (including Target and Winn-Dixie half a mile northwest) & enjoy the natural splendor of Henderson Beach State Park (two miles east).
THINGS TO KNOW
Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation.
Pelican Beach Resort is currently undergoing construction. This vacation rental will be unaffected except for construction noises. From March 20, 2023 until May 26, 2023, the walkways will have work being conducted, but you will still have access to your vacation rental.
The Pelican Beach Resorts Gulf-front pool will be closed until June 10, 2023 (weather permitting) due to balcony construction. Walkway construction will also take place from October 1, 2023, until February 1, 2024.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
