This hotel is perfect. Short walk to the beach and short walk to great restaurants.felt safe to be out aftwr dark. Hotel had great amenities and ataff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and thebrooms are very spacious.

Staff were all very nice and professional from receiving, housekeeping, and maintenance. My biggest issue was I chose the double queen to see the view of the gulf and one bed was extremely noisy. You couldn’t even sit on it. I believe the base was broke. The mattresses sunk in and we are not big people. My suggestion would be to upgrade those mattresses and check that base on the one bed.

What was not so great was that we felt like we could hear everything going on in the hall like talking running laughing etc. which went on at all times during the night during our stay. This includes housekeepers knocking and announcing themselves to multiple rooms throughout our hall. Combine the two and sleep was rough. One of the nights we were about an hour into our sleep and the fire alarms started going off. It was roughly 1130pm, and everyone evacuated but there was no follow-up from staff regarding the incident. They didn't even come outside to let us know we could go back inside. This incident caused a major panic attack in my 5 year old. I'm pretty sure someone just pulled the alarm and there was no fire threat but no idea, and because there was no communication or reassurance we felt unsure of our safety when going back to sleep. The next morning I was anticipating housekeepers to come and tidy up our room as we were told they come every two days and that was our second night and 3rd day. I didn't have a sign to place on the door to communicate with housekeeping so staff came to my door and knocked, I asked her to please come back in 15 minutes or at least just to come back and they didn't. So in the 3 nights we stayed we didn't recieve any housekeeping, and we were looking forward to that.

I love it, it's like a mini studio. I loved the bathroom. It's definitely spacious. I liked it. It only has one problem in room 218: the mattress on the sofa bed is totally destroyed and in poor condition. But the rest is super, super nice.
