Discover the newly remodeled luxury of Holiday Surf & Racquet Club’s Unit #107, a beautifully appointed ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. This inviting retreat features hardwood flooring throughout, elegant quartz countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances, creating a bright and upscale coastal atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning brew. The living room offers a comfortable fabric sofa with a queen sleeper, a 55" TV with DVD player, and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. A stylish dry bar with additional cabinetry and a built-in wine cooler adds extra convenience and storage. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, ceiling fan, and its own 55" TV with DVD player. The ensuite master bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a tall toilet. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a nicely sized TV with DVD player, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and a tall toilet.

Beautiful condo!

I have beencoming to holiday S&R since I was a baby and it’s our favorite place! The condo was beautiful and we loved having easy pool and beach access with the patio gate. The place was very clean and well stocked! Master bathroom is a bit small but that’s the only complaint.

Like brand new & beautiful!!

First of all this condo was so tastefully done. Bravo to the owner! The decor was absolutely perfect and comforting. Aside from that… It was during Covid time in March and we really appreciated having a ground-floor to go straight to the beach. It was so convenient! To sum it up... It was so easy to get into with our own code and parking, and head straight to the walkway & onto the beach! Really enjoyed the complementary chairs and umbrella! Absolutely loved the space it was beautiful with more than we needed to feel comfortable and spacious. We felt very clean and more than satisfied! This is definitely a highly recommended condo and we plan on returning someday!

Location / Open Concept/Condo Extras

This is our 3rd stay at Holiday Isle and the layout of this condo is the best.. Very open concept between large kitchen & dining and living room. The two bedrooms are split, so we did not hear each other's TV at night. We used the dining room's built in coffee bar (& drink fridge) much more than we expected! And the clear glass door was helpful, too. We will be returning to this unit this summer.

Excellent, clean, and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. Very clean with most needed amenities. We thought the washer/dryer was in the condo but it is communal that you have to pay for. Loved the beach package with the two beach chairs and umbrella every day. First floor condo was very easy and convenient to come and go. Nice pool and tennis courts. Lots to do in Destin. Had a great time.

The day we got there, it was a loud of noise coming from upstairs, We call the front desk, they did not know what the noise was about, they call me later to inform us , it was some remodeling going on upstairs, removing tile, to bad no one told us before we rented.
