Cheap and unclean

The evening check-in girl was really bad: rude & short, chased me to sign before I read! (when I talked to the nice front desk gal in the morning for her name: they were aware of this black girl (I’m minority too!) Outside looked really nice but room conditions are deteriorating: chipped on bathtub & door frames; vanity lights covered w/ thick dust; air con cracked open & show cumulative dirt; Because it’s cheap, there were questionable people with hoods smoking right outside the entrance, draft smoking air into lobby. We don’t want any 2nd hand smoke! There can be improvement: it does have hot tub & indoor swimming pool, backyard nice view, too.

The "included breakfast" is minimal to say the least. The cleanliness of the property was okay, but I did have to Febreze my room shortly after I arrived, and I killed a roach the 3rd day I was there. Otherwise, the bed was comfy and it was just a temporary stay so it fit my needs.

The hotel was nice! Room was clean and lots of channels on tv, which I liked. The only complaint is that there was a bum smoking on the bench outside the door. It made me feel unsafe. When I went back outside to gather my things from the car he followed me inside and went to the breakfast area to get something and I quickly went up to my room and locked the door. My question is why wasn’t the front desk attendant doing anything about this? She was in the back when I arrived and I had to ring the bell for her to come. She was not watching and taking care of the front very well. I could have easily stolen food or alcohol from the cooler and she wouldn’t have known. I think this place needs a better front desk attendant at night!

good experience

I really liked the room, everything was very clean. The indoor pool with hot water was 100/100. The breakfast was very good (I would add a little more fruit) but I can't complain, I recommend it. What surprised me was that when you enter you have to give a security deposit of $100 which they return after you leave the hotel.

Definitely will go again

Check in was smooth. The rooms are spacious and I slept like a baby. I was also able to enjoy the indoor heated pool. Very relaxing
