SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use.



Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.



SunDestin Beach Resort is located directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the property; take a dip in the outdoor pool or hot tub, get in a quick workout in the fitness center, or grab souvenirs for everyone back home at The Sea Store in the lobby. Grills and a picnic area are available for a day of barbecuing. Seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). The Scenic Stays team is always available at the front desk for anything you may need.



SunDestin 318 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo with nautical touches throughout. When you walk into the condo, you’ll find a fully equipped and upgraded kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the kitchen you’ll also find a washer and dryer- this is an amenity that only a few SunDestin units feature. Enjoy the flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the living room at the end of a day exploring the Destin area. Make sure to grab a DVD rental in the lobby, they’re included in your stay. On the balcony, you’ll see a peek of the Gulf. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and continues with the nautical theme of the rest of the condo. The ensuite bath offers even more upgrades. The guest room has a queen and a twin bed and a private bath. With a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area, this two-bedroom condo sleeps seven guests comfortably.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Location is one of the best parts of SunDestin Beach Resort- it’s right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. Check out Big Kahuna's Water Park or The Track Destin, they’re both less than a mile from the property. Harborwalk Village is just four miles west, here you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining.
