i went for my 22nd birthday and had the most beautiful and amazing time!! staff was so extremely helpful. the resort is kinda far from all the nightlife but there is a bus stop at the bottom of hill near the entrance to the hotel that will take you all around Tenerife for like, 5 euro— although I know party goers and night owls aren’t necessarily the demographic for this hotel, lololol. staff was ridiculously nice too. i felt very welcome!! i will definitely be returning and bringing my friends!! food is awesome too!!

Location, location, location… The Cleopatra Palace beachfront when you come up the steps to the exit and the beautiful sea views.. Met by staff at check in - champagne offered, room ready 2 hours early, escorted to our room. Very classy. Pool area is awesome, breakfast excellent, rooms a little dated but a wonderful stay. Highly Recommend 👏👏

Room was very clean, excellent breakfast selection. I was disappointed that there were large renovations going on and some areas were not accessible. It was difficult to find my room, reception staff didn’t explain clearly and I ended up walking around with my heavy luggage looking for my room for a long time. Pool area nice but very noisy with loud music and kids pool instructor shouting loudly most days while swimming with kids. I had to leave the pool area and enjoy the sun on my balcony instead as I’m someone who likes peaceful and quiet environment. Other than that I was happy with the hotel.

The breakfast was quite nice with everything you really need. Proximity and views of the beach were great and only 7 minutes from the airport.

Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china.
