Excellent of traveling by train, top value for money, nice staff.

Business trip ibis was convenient for my stay and have used the hotel several times when staying over and never disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff really friendly and welcoming, took full advantage of the Spa (Including massage). Delicious breakfast lots of choice we will definitely be booking another trip!

North Lakes Hotel & Spa is a beautiful facility with lush green gardens. Who would have thought I’d be wishing for an air conditioned room in May! The rotating fan did help a little but my room still felt humid and stuffy. Also the toilets appear to have been upgraded but holding the button in to flush is difficult. Overall NLH&S is a beautiful facility with great service and friendly welcoming staff. I would definitely stay again but during cooler weather.

The hotel overall was very good from check in to check out. Our room was spacious, decor was in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Large bathroom with very nice powerful shower. The location was perfect for the lake and other amenities in Bowness just being a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was nice good choice and excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Revamped room was very nice. Shower was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Great location, walkable from the train station.
