GREAT SERVICE

The staff was extremely friendly and when I mentioned it was my birthday that weekend I came back to my room and there was cake and champagne on the bed. They were hospitable. The drinks were tasty. The food was good and different everyday. They grilled on the beach which was good too

The first thing that turned me off from this place was the glass partition in the bedroom that looked directly into the bathroom shower area. We had a few problems in the room that required maintenance to come. The pool areas were excellent, always clean with plenty of chairs. The activities people were great. Lots of fun there. There is several restaurants on the property. Most were just ok. The best was the Asian restaurant. The beach was nice, plenty of chairs there as well. The service staff there was great. Very friendly and quick.

Very helpful staff and beautiful hotel. Everywhere the staff were incredibly helpful. I asked one employee how to dance to Bachata music and she gave me a tutorial right there! The gym was the nicest gym I've ever been to in a resort/hotel. Great experience!
