Problems with the room service

Food was great, drinks were great, absolutely no need to leave the resort. A ton of activities and amenities to explore. Room was beautiful and spacious. Would definitely revisit and also recommend

It was our second time at this resort! We just loved every minute of being there! Beach, room, food and service were amazing! The best bartender Sofia! I’m dreaming to back up to this place someday!❤️

I give this place a 10/10! After going to 4 different resorts in Punta Cana I believe my family found the perfect resort to plan our yearly family trip! I fell in love from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! I have zero complaints whatsoever. We were a group of 13 people and not one of us had a complaint! We received a VIP room, but VIP or not you still have access to everything and everywhere on the property! We enjoyed the beach, the pools, the waterpark, the 5 restaurants available to everyone without reservations, the bars, THE SPA, etc. SUPER family friendly with high security to ensure you’re in a safe place. The staff especially was so loving and caring, really took care of me and my family. We had a 8 month old baby and by the end of our trip they all recognized her and played with her! Everyone knew her by the end of the trip lol. I booked a very much needed spa appointment and left feeling brand new! If i could recommend any resort in Punta Cuna Wyndham Alltra will be on my top list! Costumer Service was a 10/10 as well!! Thank you so much for receiving us with so much love. We will be back again soon!
