Dubai Emirate ski resorts

It's an amazing hotel because the staff really love their jobs. The housekeeping is great at cleaning too. It's in the middle of Dubai. Smack dab in the center so nothing is far. Every guest here is dressed with glamour in mind. Showers are amazing with a huge tub. Taxis are all downstairs!

I stay at 100s of hotels every year. This one easily is in my top 5 worst stays. I arrived to the hotel to find out that the parking spots are all taken, the staff and the supervisor are not helpful at all, I could probably get more help from a concrete wall than from the staff. They were repeating the same script over and over again. The supervisor had too much pride to admit that the hotel was at wrong for listing a room comes with free parking then not accommodating, he was borderline getting personally offended at times. No compensation was given and I ended up having to drive in circles for 30 min outside the hotel until I found a parking on the road far from the hotel at my own expense. No one offered to help with the luggage whatsoever. The water pipe and the shower pipe in the bathroom were leaking water. Overall the stay was not pleasant. I do not recommend and I’m definitely not staying here again.

Everything was great and staff was particularly awesome … but I had a very bad experience with the sleep! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we were 2 adults and 2 kids, i slept on the sofa bed with my son and it was HORRIBLE … couldn’t sleep all night felt the metal in my back, I peeked under the covers to see what the issue was and found a SPONGE, not a mattress… just a big old yellow sponge. First of all it’s not hygienic at all as it wasn’t even covered other than with the bedsheet, second it’s very very uncomfortable!

Best place ever, unforgettable experience. The food, the fountain show, the view, even the kids club. A 5 star luxurious experience in every single way
