Compare Cheap Hotels in Guatemala

Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Had a small issue with the staff charging more at check-in but they quickly corrected it. Other than that, the staff and location were great. The only other small suggestion would be to improve the ac in the rooms. There is ac in the rooms but it doesn’t work well.

I usually have no problems with this hotel. I really enjoy staying here for the comfort, close proximity to airport, and safe area. However, before arriving today, I emailed a day or two in advance for an early check-in because of the long distance travel to get into the city. I have been waiting for more than 2.5 hours to get situated. Meanwhile, I have seen plenty check-outs and check-ins walk by me. Not good. Moreover, my Allergies are flaring up due to the pungent artificial fragrance they have in the lobby.

Everything was close to.. very nice staff and the property was amazing.

was raining and parking is so difficult to find, we end up soak and wet, my rubber shoes was wet and can not used for the day, end up buying another pair for this trip
