At check in the staff refused to honor my reservation including breakfast that I had booked through Hotels.com. So much construction around the hotel. Many restaurants demolished leaving few options other than the hotel restaurant or food in the train station.

Stayed in Annex tower. Room was old and quite small with no luggage rack for large suitcase. Shower had only handheld sprayer. Power outlets did work without room-card in slot behind door. Room service kept pulling card out of slot after cleaning and my electronics failed to charge during the day. For the room price charged quite a disappointment.
