The hotel is very large, and right at a JR/subway station that's convenient for transportation. There are different places for breakfast within the complex - we ate at 3 different restaurants - all good. The Pivot was probably the nicest.

The location is great, just accross the street from Shinagawa station. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a food court, a 7-11, various shops, and entertainment options.

Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but maybe need a bigger room if you need luggage or space for clothes. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay!
