Clean room but didn't equip with pot to make coffee nor tea which I expected with this level of hotels in Japan. My 2nd stay within a week the room has a pot and tea bags. Check in process was not customer friendly. There was front desk, but also were check-in processors and I was directed to the machine to process to get my room key and only one person assisting customers for the process. After long hour flight and then non-person check-in didn't make me happy. Other than that, breakfast restaurants had varieties and good quality, I thought.

People say the hotel rooms are dated, I don’t care about that. My bed and pillows were comfy. I had a great view from my room window. Plenty of shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Easy check- In and check-out. Thank you!

Aside the fridge was a little noisy in our room overall it was great and I would come back. The staffs were nice and friendly.

The rooms are old, hotel in desperate need of total overhaul. I was in 3 different rooms and they all smelled like smoke. The hallways are dimly lit. The website of the pictures of the hotel are misleading. I would not have stayed there if I had seen actual room pics

Eating at the hotel was surprising. The prices in Japan usually include the service charge and taxes. This hotel does not do this and you end up with a 20 % surprize charge

Easy access to transportation hub . They did not allow the luggage to keep at the property prior and after my stay . Luggage locker you have renew every 3 days which inconvenient if you are traveling in between cities .
