Clean room, was as expected that it was a bit compact but efficient with living space, you’d place your luggage underneath the bed. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the hotel, just basically slept and showered, we were on the go everyday. Although doing laundry was horrid, no washer or dryer open, you’d have to either wake up earlier in the morning or wear the same dirty clothes.

Very close to Ryogoku JR and Tohei stations. Best APA experience of our entire trip. Room was compact as expected but had just enough room for us. -1 Star for the fitness facility, a bit old and also unventilated which wasn’t the best combination.

We enjoyed the Japanese style spa so much. We walked a lot exploring Tokyo, coming back to the hotel and going to the 温泉♨️was a great experience. The hotel was so clean however the hotel room was very small and it was hard to open my big suitcase. Overall we had a great experience with the hotel.

It's great, staff were kind and amenities were lovely, only issue is the elevators. I don't know what kind of system it's using but they are slow as hell. Imagine hitting a button and the elevator on the 14th floor is queued when there is a closer one on the 2nd floor. Then imagine you see that same 2nd floor elevator pass your floor in both directions at least 5 times before the one the system forces you to use is on your floor.

The hotel location and cleanliness were great. It was disappointing that the advertised sky pool (which was one of the deciding factors in us booking this hotel) and cafe were both closed for the season (this is in April/may early summer). The room was also tiny with zero storage except for under the bed. As a tourist with a suitcase it was impossible to move around the room if the suitcase was out. The elevators were also very busy and we were often waiting long periods to get onto an elevator.
