amazing views of the Mississipi, relaxing licensed/dining area, conceirge was amazing, clean rooms with great daily freshen ups, excellent property and staff

It is so beautiful, from the hotel to the area that it’s in. We went during memorial day weekend and it was festival going on at the time. It was almost walking distance but it was very active and fun here.

Check in was pleasant and she helped us check in to a non-smoking room when I mistakenly chose a smoking room. It was a holiday weekend on a Saturday so it was extremely busy. The room was clean except for the bathtub. Dining was okay. Casino was okay but I’ve been spoiled by Vagas. Otherwise it was a nice experience. If I find myself in the area again I’ll likely try somewhere else.

Great stay! Took my kids down for Saturday night. We were able to check into the hotel early and enjoy the pool. We all had a wonderful time.

The front desk was very helpful

Loved the ambiance and overall vibe of the hotel. Easy access to bus and streetcar lines, and the Quarter isn’t too far away.
