Compare Cheap Hotels in Ohio

We booked the Hyatt-Regency based on its location and reputation. The lobby, staff were magnificent. The room was clean, but basic. You would see a similar room for less money elsewhere. Two disposable cups for a little Keurig coffee maker, with coffee pods to make 4 cups of coffee (2 decaf and 2 regular), but just enoughsugar and creamer to make 2 cups. Buffet breakfast was included during our stay. Instead of walking in to the restaurant, we were directed to the front desk to have them give the okay for our included breakfast. Breakfast itself was okay, but we had to wait for a server to bring us utensils. By then, the breakfast was cold. I can only recommend to make this breakfast process less confusing, like show your room key to get access to breakfast. All in all, we went from Wow the moment we walked in, to Meh the moment we walked out. Great staff, very clean, fantastic location, but we expected more for the price.

We checked in suuuper late (check-in was at 4pm, we didn't get there until well after 10:30pm). The staff was friendly and helpful on how to get to our rooms and everything. We didn't use much of the amenities, but we did use the fridge. My only note was that the fridge was leaking water all over the inside of the cabinet. That said, it still kept our small refrigerated items cool until the next day, so it still worked. Came into the room at a chilly 64degrees which I absolutely LOVED! I was really hoping to get to use the pool, but maybe next time. Check-out was easy, and had no problems!

Modern, clean, well appointed room. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Room was clean and up to date as far as amenities. Comfortable bed. Some good water pressure in the shower, nice and hot! Bathroom floor tiles could use a little work but other than that, everything was great!
