Great place beautiful clean rooms and bathroom. The people working there are awesome even the cafe guys and the noor restaurant workers. I had a beautiful time. It’s also very secure! Have to scan in every-time to get into elevator to room so that’s an extra security. The house keeping guy is so kind!! It’s literally by the mosque u just walk like half a block and you are on the mosque property!! Also there’s a market in between the towers it’s going down the escalator.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel & Convention Jabal Omar Makkah with a Haram view for 3 nights with my family and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Haram was the highlight of my stay. Everything was perfect—from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful amenities provided. The service was top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was varied and generous, offering both hot and cold options, including made-to-order eggs. It’s honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in Makkah. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly spiritual atmosphere in Makkah.

We loved our stay there. The staff was very nice when we checked in the person name. Muhammad was at the counter. He was exceptionally good. He spoke very good English and took care of us. I would definitely stay there again. Best hotel experience.
