Staff are the best, amenities were excellent, the room was spacious and clean, however, housekeeping were hesitant to clean the roon on the second day!

The Kaaba view rooms were spectacular. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was the same almost all week, not really expecting to get curry chicken and mini hotdogs in Makkah.. should be more authentic arabian options. Cannot make local calls to even the laundry places in the Clock Tower, was told by operator to go to the reception, pay for the call and make the call from there, very inconvenient. Room were very clean. Overall loved the stay!
