The hotel and our room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Everyone was so nice and polite. It didn’t matter who we spoke to everyone was so friendly. Always saying good morning and have a good day.

Love the location. Disappointed that the attached restaurant was under construction but did not affect the quality of our stay. Was also surprised that the back door entrance was not secured but still felt safe.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Natura Treescape Resort. We rented a cabin that was supposed to accommodate 6 people, yet we were still charged an extra $20 per person per day for the two people over the standard four person, which felt excessive and misleading. The cabin next to us had people smoking weed the entire stay, and the smell completely filled our cabin and the surrounding area. We asked to be moved to a different cabin, but the resort would not accommodate us. Housekeeping was also extremely poor. During our 3-night stay, nobody picked up dirty towels or emptied our trash. The bathhouse was dirty, and the towels provided were tiny, rough, and low quality. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid, and customer service was disappointing. We would not stay here again.

Perfect stay at an iconic hotel. Having a drink in the 23rd floor lounge is an absolute must. Staff is polished and professional. Hope to stay there again.
