We got the lake view room on the 5th floor with balcony. Very nice view of the lake. Our room was wonderful. I love it! Friendly hotel staff . The hotel is near restaurants , bars, and shopping. Overall the hotel is great! Highly recommended when you visit Lake Geneva.

we always stay here! one of the best locations in LG. you’re right on the water. we come here at least once a year, they have definitely updated the rooms! we also got engaged here so this property is very special to us :)

This is a great spot to get away and be in the middle of all that Lake Geneva gets to offer. I love that the rooms have no carpeting. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, accommodated request for extra towels upon arrival. Pizza restaurant on premises. Shower curtain rod set too high (or shower curtain too short) because water gets all over the floor and it's a slipping hazard (I used extra towels to soak up the water)

This was a great stay! The decor was nice and cozy. There were nice sitting areas around the lobby. There is a restaurant on the premises. The indoor pool is small, but a nice option during the cooler seasons. The room nice amenities, microwave, fridge and a bar sink. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very quiet and we appreciated the quiet hours rules. This loction was right in the middle of the action and the water view as spectacular.
