Location was great, staff was great and available, the room and common area was clean. The only issue was the renovated bathroom, it was very poorly done, it needs a total rehab. Also, very difficult to use the tv.

A must stay for a great view.

The view was awesome, the room was great and the service was impeccable. The one thing I would maybe recommend is an area rug in the rooms. Or suppplying slipppers, those laminate floors are cold stepping out of bed. Overall a great trip! Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel were very nice. The first night we stayed was a nightmare. Because we paid for this booking 3rd party they probably gave us this horrible room. We overlooked the roof that was being worked on. The air units kept going on and off and was a disturbance. At 5 A.M. the garbage trucks were picking up their garbage and their backup "toots" were another disturbance. We complained to the manager (Ashley) who switched our room to room 208. We tried to get comfortable on the King bed and couldn't. Why? The mattress would move when the other person winked an eyelash. I told Ashley about this and she sent someone up to FIX the mattress. They should have switched the mattress from the 522 room that was very comfortable. It turned out we left a day earlier than expected..

Hotel is great for location as far as being close to the shops. The only thing I would change is the cleanliness. There was hair left in the shower. Also, the lights seemed pretty dim even when turning all of them on.

Pillows were very hard. Bring your own. Balcony is nice, but it is non-smoking. Could not smoke my cigar. To get to the local restaurants, you had to walk up hill to any of them. Same is true for shopping and downtown. Disappointed in the experience, not worth the price.

The staff were amazing even before check in. Set up the room special for my parents anniversary that they went there to celebrate. So thoughtful and considerate.

The lake view is nice, but you are also looking down at an unattractive top of the attached restaurant; the heater turned off and it smelled up the whole room; very expensive room with no breakfast. The bed sagged after being in it for 20-30 min. The front staff was not overly friendly, but the room was spacious and clean.
