Horrible experience Thursday stay there by myself because I took Friday off and couldn’t pick up my kids until Friday afternoon so I got a room for myself for Thursday night and then Friday Son’s birthday I got a reservation for a room with two queens and bunkbeds the only thing dirty of the room that I can say was the dried pee on the toilet seat, but they don’t say that half of their indoor waterpark is under construction currently and right now it’s not the time yet for outdoor swimming, just quite poor at the reservation close at 7 PM like who does that and the amusement park close at nine which is OK but I think 10 or 11 with all the people they have staying here I think they would all appreciate that better so was supposed to check out Saturday morning ended but my kids and his friends they wanted to stay one more day so I called and at that time they had no reservations left at the main property so they sent me to one of their other properties which I asked if they had a swimming pool and of course they tell you yes maybe just because she didn’t know what I was saying because half of them people that worked there don’t even speak real good English, but book the place get to the hotel little Old from the outside dark no lights no pool kids are bummed out. Call them and ask them where the pool was. They said there’s no pool and told them that they told me that there was one and they just said oh it was a misunderstanding and I asked a refund and was told no

While it was a good deal, clearly Mount Olympus buys old hotels and then books them as their properties. The room was not bad but the beds we uncomfortable with broken springs.

The park area is great. Hotel rooms are ok. Ours was clean so no complaints there. Rooms are small, so it felt like we were on top of each other. Would have been nice to have extra soap. Also, no bath mat or hand towels, so had to use a big towel. We could hear every footstep in the room above us. The park made up for the so so room.

Unfortunately we did know going into this resort that it's not "RESORT Feel", more like motel BUT for the price it's what it is. Supposed to be a secured entrance, was unlocked the entire time. Bathroom tub had an issue with keeping up with its job. Above us you could hear non stop stomping of the feet of everything and everyone. The vending machine didn't really work. Overall I only stayed because the passes included with stay. But I mean it's my second time here so I guess it wasn't that bad. (Just this time was alot disappointing that the last). My only real complaint is the noise from arguments or whatever it was. Paper thin walls.

The outdoor parks close at 6 pm and they do not disclose that! The indoor park is under construction so if the weather is cold like it was this weekend you’re just out of luck with bored kids!! My kids got to swim maybe 20 mins I am very disappointed and now broke because we had to find other ways to entertain our kids.
