I stayed in one of tree houses and it truly felt like a getaway despite being next to the highway. It was peaceful, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Price was very reasonable. The only downside was having the bathrooms and showers in a separate building, but it was a mild inconvenience at worst. Besides all of that, it's an excellent place to stay for the price. Would like to try a tiny home next time. Highly recommended!

The treehouse stay was cool. Rustic but cool. There should be more information about what consumers should bring i.e. blankets, towels, etc. The hot tub did not work in the 2nd building, the bathrooms were dirty, there was loud parties going on all throughout the night with no noise limitations. We had people playing guitars and singing loudly, trucks racing up and down the street behind the treehouse until 2 am and people speaking loudly outside until 4 am. When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk, the sign said 5 minutes they would return, I waited 5 minutes and no one was there to help. The lagoon swimming area and treehouse was really a cool amenity so if you can settle on dealing with all the other negatives and bask in the uniqueness of those two additions, this is a neat place to stay. Not 100% sure we would stay here again but it is not a "no" either.

I love Natura. My kids love Natura. But I recently became a little disgusted with them. For some reason my sunblock was not in my purse which it should have been because i just go ahead and keep it in my purse for the summer because my son burns easily. So anyways i go to buy some and it’s $28 for a travel size! Like really! Sunblock is pretty important to some people and they obviously knew that. That could have hurt him bad ruined days to follow. Im still upset they are that grimy to do that to something thats really important for some people. I ran to Dollar General since it is close and all i wanted was some sunblock and the worker treated me like complete trash for no reason to top it off.

This property is very worn out and unclean. There are a lot of repairs that need to be made and a lot of details that were left behind. The lack of a lock was one that really bothered us as a family.

The “natural lagoon” was full of algae and fish. The log mini home was the size of a closet and a step below knock-off glamping. Needs a deep-scrubbing. Loft had crumbs and wall behind toilet had feces-splatter. The toilet was disgusting, to the point we preferred to use public restrooms before coming back to our cabin. I only rented this option to have our own bathroom but felt duped by the facilities. Got clean towels on the last day which was too late.

The pool was clean and the hot tub was ok. As for the room it wasnt horrible, I mean it didnt look dirty. But there was a smell that took some work to get out. They say they have a washer and dryer. No dryer, a spot for one but was not there. They did have a dryer in the 2nd building but after 3 hours clothes still wet. Was suppose to get a treehouse, they put us in a crappy room. Tried to fix it but nobody spoke english.
