The room could sleep 8 which was great for us! The front desk staff was normally very helpful. The fact that it comes with access to other properties and outdoor amenities and admission to other places is so great. BUT… the on site play areas closed early 3 days in a row which was difficult when traveling with 5 kids and having 3 more hours until bedtime. We stayed there because of the outside, on site play areas, but they were closed more than they were open while we were on site and needing to use them. That was very disappointing.

We only stayed one night and we went right to our room so I really can’t comment on any of the waterslides or any of the activities there. I can only say that when I got there they’re tiny little cramped. Unwelcoming lobby was full to the brim of a bunch of teenagers Barely could get to the window. They didn’t seem to even notice that the place was 20 people over the limit, made it very uncomfortable for me and they need to reconsider how they check people in the room was very nice. The mattresses were very firm and the sheets were clean. The room seem to be very clean. It could have used a comfortable chair to sit in. There was actually no place to sit except the bed but other than that I thought it was pretty good room.
