Had to stand in a vestibule and call someone to check us in because we arrived at 10:30pm. Not that big of an issue but it had been a long day of travel. We get up to our room and there is a single pillow next to an empty pillowcase on the bed. My boyfriend went down and knocked on the check-in door to ask for a second pillow and was told they “don’t do extra things” here. Exact words. I didn’t realize a single pillow per person was considered EXTRA?! The photo on the room when we booked clearly showed two pillows on the bed. Truly, truly insane. My boyfriend had to sleep on a rolled up blanket that we had packed in our luggage. At a hotel. That we paid to sleep at. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this place or stay at one of these again. Bathroom also had mold.

They cancelled the room as we showed up. Then we had to spend $250 USD more for a different hotel last minute, making us late to a concert we flew the US for. Terrible, stay away. They didn't and wouldn't compensate.
