Website states check in was at 1pm. Got there at 2:40pm. Was told to leave the office until the front desk clerk comes in. Found out pool was closed until further notice. There was leftover canned food in our fridge that was starting to mold. Forgot our cell phone in the room. Called the front desk but they stated they never found a cell phone in our room (probably the cleaner took it). Was told to call back in 1 hour after they clean the room. Called and still no phone. Will not come back.

Filthy. Disgusting. I would N-E-V-E-R stay there again. Regret my booking 100%. Chris was very helpful and kind. It's NOT the people. It's the place. It's worth staying elsewhere in Devils Lake. I promise. Absolutely filthy. Absolutely filthy

The room was dirty pillow cases smell like not clean. Bad breakfast and expired food and condaments. Pool and hot tub were closed whole time. Manager didnt care at all and there was weak spot in floor by the bed. Very dissapointed

No king beds, dried/washed blood stain on sheets. Hot tube felt like a warm bath tub. No staff available without picking up the phone and call. Breakfast was a joke, waffle machine a couple yogurts and some pre packaged danish’s. Juice had run out and only other option was weak coffee.

When we arrived, at 1:30 pm, there was no one at the front desk. We had to look throughout thewhole place to find someone. The room was nice but needed to be vacuumed abit better. Then when i needed a hotbath, there was no plug for the tub. Other than that, our stay was nice.
