Seems like the beds were new but a bit firm for my liking. The hotel over all was quiet. It was a basketball tournament weekend and had to come up a day earlier than expected do to weather. Hotel seemed to be understaffed, lounge restaurant were both closed. Pool wascolder than most and hot tub was not hot

Room was pretty good, we had issues with regulated temp, the hot tup was cold, the windows in the pool room were frozen solid over so it was freezing. The whole place was cold.

The hotel looks like it’s going to be nice but it really wasn’t. Not very clean, drawers were broken, and bathroom door was chewed up from I’m assuming a dog. Staff wasn’t very friendly. We won’t be back
