The staff was great but the bathroom was dirty upon arrival. We were so tired we just cleaned up enough to shower and go to bed. They came and cleaned the next morning however the soap pumps weren’t cleaned in the shower even after the shower was cleaned. The next morning the orange juice was out so I informed the front desk. The next morning it was still out. The ice machines weren’t working on the floors but there was one working on the first floor. There is no arrangements for if your plans changed. The towels we were given were stained. But smelled clean. So we got towels ourselves to bathe with.

Was very disappointed in cleanliness. Especially at front door, lobby and upstairs. Mud everywhere. They need to put up a sign to the construction workers to remove muddy boots before entering. Was much nicer last time I stayed here

Construction in room next door. No water and even less consideration about same from management. Had to leave and go somewhere else to shower, toilet, etc. Checked out having paid for two nights and only able to stay one. No refund offerred. Had to go to another motel!!

Bathroom was VERY dirty on check in. The next day they did a deep clean of the entire room and it was good after that. Breakfast did not have any fruit or yogurt. Just waffles, toast, or cereal. Staff was friendly.

Room and staff were good. Wish there were industry standards for what is considered " handicap accessible" . No rails around toilet, no walk in shower, which is what I requested. In our 70's, these things are necessary for our safety.
