Broken thermostat, dishonest

Thermostat was broken so the room was stuck at 75 degrees all night even with the window open. We complained that night and the next day but they said we'd have to talk to Expedia for a refund. When we did and Expedia contacted, they lied and said there were no complaints from the room

The location of the hotel is great. The lake viene en on winter is awesome. The rooms was very clean. The maintenance staff were very friendly. The building and decoration looks older than they appeared on the pictures. It’s a good option for the price. Be aware that you would have to walk outside the building where your room is to get to the breakfast area. It’s located in a separate building a little bit far from some rooms.

My friend and I stayed her for 3 nights while we skied the local resorts. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the property. 2 nights we walked to local restaurants for dinner. Just enough distance to stretch our legs. Every night we relaxed in the large hot tub. Morning breakfasts included a large variety of food and the hotel staff continuously refilled hot food. This is my new go-to hotel for Summit County visits.

Great location

I have stayed here before but in a 2 story building. It’s been a value gem for me. This time I was in building 2, one story. The walls were very thin and front desk made no effort to move me. This is probably because all the walls are thin in the whole complex. The bed was ok, shower fine, breakfast had hot eggs. The hotel is clean but definitely showing its age. If you’re ok with earplugs then it’s a very good place to stay.
