Room was not clean, was moved to another room. Entered the next room, didn’t have a mattress in the sofa sleeper. Was told to take the mattress from room 217 on my own, was handed the card. Shouldn’t have to move mattresses and rooms when paying for a stay.

The staff during check-in was spectacular,especially those at the front desk and the lady that was caring for the buffet. Awesome! but something in the room while I was asleep,bit me so I think the rooms may have some issues with bugs. it was kind of a scary scene a few days later. I definitely had an adverse reaction. Also I was not able to take any shower And that wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault but at least be empathetic to those staying at your hotel when people can't even use hot water. There was no even phone call to advise me that was going to happen or that it did happen. I am disabled so for those of us that have a hard time getting around it was very inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was VERY good. I'll be the first one to admit that construction is never a convenient thing, but I just feel like maybe the staff....there could have been more done to be more protective of the guests during what is obviously an upgrade to the hotel. I just don't feel like I got good value for the money that was spent even though the good was very good, but was offset by terribly bad. Thank you for the time.

The room is nasty dirty! It hasn’t been cleaned in a looonnngggg time! The microwave is dirty. It smells like something died in the fridge. The bathroom has hair all over and the tub is stained with dirt rings.

It looks like someone was sleeping in the bed adjacent to my bed when I got to my room, the indentation of someone’s head and body mark offer our general cleaning of the bathroom could’ve been better. The Jacuzzi does not function. Only one pump is pumping the mold and mildew that building up around Jacuzzi is disgusting. My room was supposed to be smoke free and it smelled like smoke and when I told the front desk if they had another room, they said no and that maybe somebody was smoking outside the window and the smoke came in when in essence the whole room smelled a little bit Like a smoker room and I paid for a non-smoke room other than that I love that hotel in that area it’s perfect for me when I come out. I just thought maybe so much. You know that these things need to be addressed and should be addressed that for me but for your future customers as well

I was shocked by the level of neglect and disgust I encountered. To start, the room had visible bugs, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The bathroom was in a sorry state—there was an unflushed toilet, which was beyond disgusting, and hair scattered across the floor. It was obvious that no effort had been made to thoroughly clean the room. The carpet was dirty and stained, making it feel as though the room hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. But perhaps the most alarming discovery was a used tampon tucked into the nightstand drawer. I was appalled that something like that could have been overlooked by housekeeping.

We stayed in the east wing, which is a new addition to hotel. Somehow they were able to make the new wing look like it was old. It was disgustingly dirty, looked like 10,000 people had stayed in it before us, and someone tried cleaning it with one clorox wipe before we arrived. We had 1 towel and could not get anymore due to “the hotel being busy.” The door to our room had its own quirks where it would take 5-minutes of attempting varying strategies to get it open. When I first tried to open the door, it felt like it was locked on the inside by the latch lock. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.
