The room was very messy. It looks like nobody had vacuumed or wiped down any of the counters, and when I went to step into the shower, after letting the water heat up, I immediately slipped and fell and busted my back and hip on the ledge of the shower, and I am still struggling from the pain from it. The staff did nothing to accommodate my issues and avoided the subject altogether as I was limping across the lobby after it happened.

Kind of disappointed that we told the front desk on Monday evening that our shower would not drain, she stated someone would come the next day to fix it. Nobody ever came. It took an hour for the tub to drain so someone else could shower. Super frustrating.

The hotel was very nice and clean and staff was friendly. We had issues with out first room smelling like cigarette smoke but the staff didn’t hesitate to get us moved to a different room.

It had a nice cabin-like experience. Had an odd smell in the room. There was basically zero ventilation in the indoor pool area, so the chlorine would burn your eyes, even if you weren’t in the water.
