Loved the rooms they were large and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional but the one thing we had an issue with was a roach in the light socket in the bathroom, we tried to kill it but it ran into the socket. It was late so we went to bed but maybe a the property needs sprayed. Otherwise I would recommend staying there

Property was being renovated and might staff was unprofessional. I was located on the 4th floor, but could only obtain ice on the first floor. Snack and soda machines were empty.

Heather at the front desk went over and above to accommodate us and metnour needs. Though she was the only one working the front desk at the time and was quite busy she remained cordial, calm, and held a positive happy demeanor not only to us but to the other guests as well. The hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was yummy and kept up by staff. My only complaint is the pool hours. I was hoping tobput in an early morning swim but it didn’t open until 10 a.m.

Big disappointment

Called in advance to make sure that the indoor pool was functioning. Upon arrival pool was too cold to use and greatly disappointed 5 year old granddaughter. The elevators didn't work most of the time. Nobody cleaned our room.

Good check-in with the online pre check-in process. Good breakfast options. The hallways and our bathroom were not very clean. It was kind of annoying to have 20 or so roosting pigeons right above the entrance to the hotel. Overall dece t place to spend one night traveling through.

The room was so large and comfortable. We appreciate a place that our senior fur baby is welcome, though it lacked grassy areas outdoors. Very big tv was nice. Only stayed one night passing through. They need to not feed the stray cats in the parking lot. Between all the vehicles are piles of cat food. Location is great near several places to eat.

Clean but suspect

Check in was terrible as they gave us keys to a room that someone else was still in!!! When we went back downstairs to tell the attendant she was not even apologetic and said ok let’s try this one!! Like it happens all the time!! The room the gave us was like a cavern and not completed, the baseboard was coming off the wall and had huge spaces where there was no furniture?? Would not recommend although the bathroom was nice and clean!

Upon entering the room, we found the window would not lick and appeared to have been forced open at some time. We wrnt back to the desk and waited for the desk person to help us.
