It’s always irritating when you book a place just for the pool and hottub, and when you get there they have a closed sign saying it’s being cleaned or repaired or whatever excuse there is. Expedia needs to have up to date notices if the pool and hottub are working, as that’s a scam to pay the extra $$ and then not get what was advertised. It was a bit loud at night even though I asked for a quiet room and the nice girl at least moved me to top floor away from elevators (I’m learning). However, it was inside the dumb bathroom vents where the sound was coming from this time. Ugh. Overall a nice clean room, tho the mini bottle of lotion wasn’t to the top, which made me wonder…

Nice hotel but under renovation

Hotel is currently under renovation. Gym, pool and hot tub were not available. Staff was friendly, very attentive to customers needs and apologized for the aminities not being available. They stated that all of the companies had been advised of the renovation. Rooms are very nice, clean, beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again after the renovations are complete.

we booked last minute as we were going through dodge city. the front desk staff was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. we booked this property online and it didn't tell us the property was undergoing construction and the pool area was off limits. we mainly booked so we could use the pool area so was disappointed in that. the room was noisy too (room 212).

I have stayed here before and it was fine but this time they were undergoing construction (which is not an issue if they have revealed that on the website so you are aware of it before you book). I booked with intent to use the pool and fitness center both of which were unavailable. I had to check out earlier than I intended and go stay at other hotels in the area that did offer these amenities as I was in town for 4 days. Would possibly stay again in the future once construction is complete. Front desk staff was very understanding of my situation and issued a refund for the rest of my stay without hassle.
