Room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Best staff. Personable, courteous, and accommodating to my medical limitations. Handicap parking is available. As well as scooters. The front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance staff always let me know that they are available if I need any extra help. I love this place.

The hotels quality was poor. The room/the hall on the 5th floor has a smell. The pictures online are a delusion to make you think that the hotel is a certain class. Everything is outdated. If you like quality stay with quality amenities and quality food this is not it.

Pleasant surprise for a casino-based hotel. Clean, large rooms. Good restaurant selection for kids and adults. Restaurant options for adult, cocktails, quiet conversation … and for kids, shakes, ice cream, birthday partyish I am a Hilton Diamond member but I feel this likely a better option than the Hilton brand hotels in the area.

very nice hotel with clean rooms , however no spa or pool was working. not a great choice for dining. we had a reservation at one of the restaurants but they didn’t have half of what we wanted from the menu
