James at the check in desk was super. He is friendly and very courteous. The hotel is fabulous. The wonderful view of the track was the icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend Bally's Dover hotel if you are in the area.

I like this hotel. It's very quaint and clean. The price is very reasonable considering it has a casino right downstairs. There is plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel.
