calm ambient atmoshere, all staff were friendly. Rooms large and the batroom was impressive! I shall be returning...soon!

A truly beautiful place to stay. Excellent food and service.

Really friendly welcome at reception and we quickly got our keys for two twin rooms. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. We used the hotel to stay overnight before a Channel Tunnel crossing which was just 10 minutes away. It was the cheapest hotel that I could find in the area and exceeded my expectations. The decor was improved from the hotel's appearance on Channel 4's "4 In A Bed" a few years previous. Slightly disappointed that they don't offer breakfast, but Gingers in Hythe was excellent.

Nice hotel and comfortable room

Couldn't fault the staff who went above and beyond our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent ground floor accessible room. First class breakfast included. Evening happy hour was appreciated and enjoyed. Hotel itself is attractive and welcoming.
