Hotel called us. Said we had to be there by 8pm to check-in because she was going home. We had to change our plans and rush our arrival to meet her expectations. Next, the room was awful. Hole in the floor. Hair on the sheets. Rust everywhere. Very very run down. Paint wearing off everywhere. It was bad and I’ve stayed in horrible places. I won’t be booking here again.

No early coffee

Our room was clean and comfortable. It had good lighting and a nice view from the balcony. Only complaint was no coffee in the room and it wasn’t ready in the lobby until 9:00.

These rooms are older but clean and well taken care of. The room we had was small but it was nice to have a wall between the kids and us. We did not spend much time in our room so it didn’t bother us too much.

We had a nice room that had a great big tub. I was not aware of the tub when i booked the room, so that was a very nice surprise. The swimming pool is filled with the hot springs mineral water. I also did not know that was offered at this hotel. We made sure to take advantage of the pool instead of paying to go to the public mineral pools. I really think the pool was our favorite part. It was so nice to go soak in the pool in the evening when it was a cold night. The staff was also great. We left a blanket in our room when we checked out and they called us to let us know so we could go pick it up our make arrangements to get it sent back.
