Let's preface this with, it's a three-star for a two-star hotel. The important stuff, the sheets and towels were clean, the tub looked clean. Everything looked clean. The not so important depending on who you are, there was an old RV that looks like had been parked there years with a red pickup truck next to it with a generator running all night next to our room. Wow! You couldn't hear the generator easily when you're awake and listening to the TV, etc, but when you turn everything off and try to go to sleep, you can clearly hear it running. The key cards stopped working two different times for our room and had to get them redone because we were locked out. While locked out and trying to get the key cards to work again, it looked like it was a homeless person's party in the hallway. One person walked past wreaking of marijuana. The staff was friendly and helpful though.

This hotel smells just like marijuana. There are people smoking it in rooms and outside in the parking lot. There was also a dead roach on the wall that they painted over. We did not stay. We checked in, walked to our room, checked right out, and left! Not idea for small children.

There was mold in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. When asked to switch, we were taken to a room smelling like cigarettes. The manager refused to admit the smoke smell while in the room and look at the mold in the room.

My stay at sleep in was terrible and felt unsafe. Frequent fights in the parking lot between blacks and Mexicans , including incidents were they beating each other with metal sticks.there were often drunks on n the parking lot , load neighbors and lots of noise . I would not recommend this place especially for a female .Also smell of marijuana was there all the time. Very unsafe. Manager was nice as a person.

I didn’t know I was going to be charged 100$ for a security fee. I don’t happen to read that while I made the reservation while driving. 2. There are many people next door playing music at 9pm. Not impressed by the service at your hotel. I won’t be a repeat guest because of the 100$ charge that was thrown at me upon my arrival.

The hotel is in need of some repairs, a paint job, a lock for the outside entrance door. The room itself was clean, the beds, advertised as queen beds are full beds, although they were clean and comfortable. We did not arrive the evening we were supposed to and they had rented the room out, because they were at max capacity and they should have credited us, but didn’t. Also the door cards don’t work if you have your cell phone on your person. Could have been better, and was very close to poor.
