The room was amazing. It was clean. It was warm, the lights were on. There was plenty of fresh towels, cute little basket on the counter with a makeup towel makeup remover. Soap lotion bathroom had dove soap, not just nasty soap, lovely hotel lobby games movies, multiple fireplaces popcorn available for purchase gift store with reasonably priced food. This was the middle of nowhere. No other places for food and staff was amazing. Even offered to carry our bags to our room. Even though we didn't need it super nice. The hot tubs were perfectly clean and hot.

Everything was great but the amazing staff is what always stands out the most. They go above and beyond to make sure each stay has been the best possible. Our stay on 1/2/26 we were delayed due to weather and had no cell service, we arrived after 10pm and even though the lobby had closed for the night they had our key waiting for us. Thank you for another great stay and we will see you again soon

Ghetto. Paid $250 for $65 value. No hot water, so couldn’t shower. Breakfast was cold fake eggs to microwave and powder creamer etc for cold coffee. Pool was broke down. Outside building looks cool and staff was nice but offered no solutions for everything being broken. No phone service or WiFi in rooms.
