The Hotel is massive, in sense of size and room. The staff were helpful and willing to be at the Customer's service. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, with English cooked breakfast and vegetarian option and other snacks. The only grip is parking charges for Hotel guests.

Noisiest Hotel Ever

Hotel was dated, but adequate. Booked a double was given a quad, Bathroom sink wouldn't hold water. No fridge in room, no Chromecast to TV. Despite good quality bed I didn't sleep well due to constant doors banging throughout the night, really loud. Then maids were very noisy cleaning all over the floor, so couldn't get any sleep after 7am. Checkout was 11am. Knock on the door at 10.30am and maid was puzzled that I was still in the room. At 10.50am Large 7ft Giant appeared at the door to tell me it was time to check out. I told him I would be out at checkout time. Didn't appreciate being "reminded" TWICE to be out by 11am.

Only issue I had was, the fire alarm in my room (only to the front desk) on several days while I was in the shower. Alarm would be set off by the steam???? They would knock on my door, so I’d have to tell them it was because of the shower.

One of the best Hotel in Dublin

Excellent hotel to stay. Very friendly staff to talk to and rooms have spacious and beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast is fantastic with various choices to choose from. You will not regret spending time there . Couples, Family or business is a right choice and is cost for better than other hotels. I will definitely stay in that same hotel when ever I return to Dublin

Nothing in the area. Not worth the price for location if you don’t have a car rental. Cleaning staff needs improvement for sure. Asking management to have my bedding changed the cleaning staff was upset and then started treating me and my kids rudely. Breakfast staff is amazing. Again would stay elsewhere for the price and location.

The area is away from everything unless you have a car rental you are stuck. I came for business and was there for two weeks, bedding was never changed they just remake it even after asking. Price of the room is not worth location. Breakfast was pretty good but not many options for lunch and dinner. Staff was always very kind and Sam the server for breakfast is very kind.
