Love this hotel and water park, perfect for the little ones. Not a huge water park but it’s the perfect size for little kids. Very nice staff, especially at the front desk.

My check in was great, yhe room was clean and staff was curtious but no one inform us that the pool was closed on Mondays Tuesday and Wednesday all the days we were there. That was very frustrating.

Our room is clean and orderly. Breakfast was good, nice variety and good tasting. Very disappointed in the front desk, Customer Service. I understand that on the weekend it’s a busy time with waterpark customers. We were attending a wedding and driving in 3 1/2 hours to get there. I called at 11 AM and asked if we could get an early check in because the wedding was at 2 PM, so we could get dressed at the hotel instead of a gas station. I was told like a call back at 1 PM and see if our room was ready. I was told it was not ready and asked if there was a restroom I could change in? Instead of the desk attendant telling me that I could do that since the room wasn’t ready, I had to ask. After I asked, she said yes, with a little negative attitude, added, on the second floor. I went to the second floor, restroom stall, and there was newspaper on the floor in the bathroom was not in good order, dirty sinks, and water on the floor and countertop. We returned at 3:15 and was told our room was still not ready, so we had to wait in the lobby until it was cleaned. I understand that check-in is 4 PM normally, but after explaining the long drive of 3 1/2 hours and a wedding at 2 o’clock, 3 miles away, and not being familiar with the city, I was hoping there’d be more accommodation or at least pleasant attitude. Fortunately, I booked this on Expedia. I would’ve been even more disappointed, had I paid the rack rate.

Check out times need to be staggered, because there are too many people using elevators and front desk all at the same time. Shower was alright, but leaked from the faucet pretty decently. Room walls needed to be cleaned really well. Splatters on the walls.
