The staff at this location is extremely rude for no reason. I approached the desk to ask a simple question and was immediately met with a rude response. The bartender was also rude. She was very snippy to a child (age 11 or 12) that kindly asked if she could have a cup of water. The girl even said “excuse me” and “please”. The response she received was “you can see that I’m doing something so you are going to have to wait!” However, there was no one sitting at the bar. The coffee shop staff was also very rude. Out of all the Marriotts that I have stayed at this one is the worst!! I highly suggest they retrain the staff in hospitality.

Beautiful hotel! Loved having a restaurant and bar onsite so I didn't have to venture out for food. The room was comfortable but our air didn't seem to cool as much as we would have liked. Overall very pleasant stay.
