The front desk clerk is absolutely the rudest person ever. And now they have a policy of a 200 dollar cash deposit. You gotta be outta your mind. The room don’t even cost 57 a night but a 200 deposit is absolutely wrong. The place is nasty and the staff is rude.

24 hours before my arrival Baymont sent me a link via text message to check in, I submitted my personal information driver license, credit card, address and when I arrived I Informed in the women/clerk that I was already checked in and all I needed was a card key, she said that was not from Baymont Inn, however when I called the number from the text message it actually was from them. I then informed her of of this, however she keep insisting that it was not from Baymont and she was very disrespectful/insulting towards me, telling that I was wrong and she was right, I finally did get checked in and I spoke to the general manager the next morning and he informed that I was correct and apologized for his employee. After this experience I will probably never stay at a Baymont Inn & Suites again.

Stained sheets

The room upon entering looked clean. It smelled really nice. As I pulled back my sheets, there was stains on the bottom. Honestly it was after midnight and I was exhausted so I just layed on the other side of the bed.

The toilet was missing the top . It was not working properly I ask to be removed to another room and was told that they can’t do that. They gave me a plunger it was a mess. Good thing I only have to go and sleep there for a few every hours at night. Never will stay in the hotel again or my friends .. we get together two times a year for a celebration. Will not recommend this hotel again. Need a lot of work.. the house keeping lady was very nice.

Good spot for a snooze

A clean room, comfortable bed at a good price. Not crazy about having to check in through a window. Person working overnight is not suited for working with the public.
