The Sleep Inn Durango was a nice play to stay for the price of the hotel room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room. The beds were comfy and the view to the mountains was amazing!

There were no flat pillows offered in the room. I recently stayed at 4 Points Sheraton in Newark, DE. The pillows were amazing. I slept sound.

When I presented my I'd at checkin, the woman checking me in looked at it, and said "oh she's from (place where I live)" to the man sitting next to her. When I questioned why she said that, I was told that they don't like renting rooms to locals and was asked what my reason for staying was.

The hotel is super nice and everything is brand new. We booked a king bed and our room came with a pull out couch for our dogs. Our room is big and nice with a full kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and literally everything you would need. The bed is also super comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay again if we’re in the area in the future.
