No hot water all weekend, pool was closed, and the room phone was broken so we had to keep going to the front desk for anything that was needed. For the cost of this hotel, basic amenities like hot water in the middle of winter during a busy sports weekend should have been the least of our worries.

We didn't have hot water or heat in our room..The sliding glass door lock was broken and wouldn't lock. We never had maid service or fresh towels brought to our room. The pool was out of service and they didn't tell us.
