They put me into a room with a tv that didn't work, the toilet didn't refill/flush, and the tub was cracked. They moved me to another room that had mold in the shower, the furniture was very aged and had plywood screwed to the ceiling.

The breakfast food choices was limited. Lots of fruit flies flying. No pool or hot tub available. They were closed. Sharp metal was found sticking up in middle of the room carpet and mentioned to the front desk. Nearly cut myself with this sharp metal while wearing socks walking on the carpet. The room was cool and drafty for winter. We used to love this place, but it has not been warm and welcoming like it used to be. Quality had gone down.

Incident. Checked in a little early. No Problem. Moved into the room. Left for several hours. When we returned the dead bolt for the room was engaged. supposedly the only way it can be engaged is from in the room. I took maybe 15 mins. for the desk guy to determine the problem and find the bypass key to let us in. I gave the staff points for early checkin and getting us in to our room.

The staff were amazing at this hotel. It was also nice that the room we had was not over other rooms and with a large family that was great. The only thing I didn't like was how thin the windows were as you could hear all the cars outside day and night plus it was drafty. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms slightly dated. Biggest negative, for me, is with exception of the main enterance the sidewalks were not shoveled of snow. Breakfast is included in price, which is nice. But it was minimal

The room condition was less than desirable. Thenceiling joint tape above one of the beds was failing down. One of the matresses was colapsed and should be replaced. The in-room iron failed to emit steam. The shower wand was being held up by old hair ties vice using wand clips. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and flooded the batheroom when using the shower. The in-room air conditioner/heater cycled excessively. The breakfast room mini fridge needs to be kept at a cooler temperature (40F max). The breakfast room microwave is filthy. The exercise room carpet needs to.be vacuumed and the room.needs to be cleaned and generally dusted. The hot tub, the main reason we reserved a room for this hotel, wasn't even working. So fixt that.

Ice machine was not working all weekend. Had to go buy ice each day from a gas station. Heater in room was very noisy, very difficult to get and stay asleep. Bathroom sink faucet was really hard to open and close. Room was very clean. Would probably book there again next year except for the heater noise and no ice.
