They only made one bed when they came in a few times during our stay. Room had mold. Most people working there looked very sketchy.we would say hello and people just look at us. We had loss of $750 in gift-cards. The toilet in our room was unusable on our lest night. They gave us a plunger. We are older and my husband could not fix it. We asked to get moved and they gave us a new room but did not help us.The manager never called us to discuss our issues. Two dead bugs. Will not be back.

I booked this hotel for my father and mother, and I’m truly grateful for the experience they had. The location is perfect — right in the middle of everything. Whether you’re heading toward Massachusetts, the Hartford area, or anywhere in between, it’s extremely convenient. I want to give a special shout-out to Arneta and Noble. I spoke with them beforehand because there’s a language barrier for my parents, and they were more than happy to help. They listened, accommodated every suggestion and need, and made sure my parents felt comfortable and supported throughout their stay. Their kindness and attentiveness meant so much to our family. Thank you to the entire team, especially Arneta and Noble, for taking such wonderful care of my parents. We truly appreciate it and will absolutely be booking again.

The building was okay, it had laundry and a workout room and a decent breakfast. The biggest thing about the room was the bold around the bathtub… we stayed in 308 and they need to redo the caulking. It has black mold. They also did not get everything refilled in out room. It was nice enough but nothing to give more than a 3 stars for. We went around Thanksgiving so it was empty and quiet.
