Check in was fast and easy. That, however is the only time I interacted with staff. The lobby is only staffed 9a-11p on weekends, so when we checked out, there was no one at the desk. Consequently, the free grab and go breakfast wasn't available. Room was clean, if a touch small. Beds are very firm and sit on a pedestal that can be an issue for knees in the middle of the night. I chose not to spend the extra $200 for a night of "healing energy" but I did read their propaganda/literature. The method by which this "energy" is generated is never explicitly stated, just that you too can take it home and not have to plug the source in. Probably wouldn't stay again, just because of the mattresses.

It was a wonderful place to stay but now i have to figure out how to get my money back as i booked through hotels.com which took my money and now so did Tesla so i double paid even though i was assured i would not be when i checked in

When we arrived at the motel the door was locked! There was a note on the door telling us we would have had to make an appointment to be met at the motel if we were arriving after 4 PM. We didn’t realize that. We called the phone number we found and got a message machine where we left a message and did not receive a call back. We had to find another motel for the night. Hopefully I will not be charged for a room I never got. I reserved the room through Orbitz and tried to make contact with Orbitz to try and let them know I needed to cancel.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Timmermans Supper Club. Will not stay again. Our room was freezing and the in room heater didn't heat the room satisfactorily until sometime in the middle of the night. Front desk staff was very nice but could only offer excuses that gave no assurance this wasn't a regular occurance. Hotel was not staffed overnight which could have been a dangerous situation, particularly if we were to get locked out. The only positive is that some updates have been done inside. This hotel should not even be an option on Expedia in my opinion.

Parking lot and sidewalks were frozen and no attempt to apply thawing agent. Almost slipped and fell multiple times walking to lobby. Cold lobby, room, and 56 degree dinning area.
