Stay was great. The HVAC filter does need changed. Room temperature sometimes didn’t want to keep up I checked the filter and it is dirty. My husband does HVAC work. The door didn’t want to shut and latch unless you forcefully shut it

I had a pleasant stay at the HYATT House Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short visit. I appreciated the full kitchenette and the comfortable bed, which made it feel a bit more like home. The staff was polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. The location was convenient for getting around the area, and parking was easy.

Our stay here was good. The staff was pleasant, the rooms were decent, and the pool was wonderful. The only complaint I have is housekeeping. While the rooms looked clean, we arrived with no wash cloths, no sheets/pillows for the pull out bed and there weren’t any trash bags in the 2 trash cans in the room. When they served our room, they made the beds but didn’t clean the floors. The whole room was hardwood and our feet were black by the end of the night from how dirty the floors were. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal and breads/bagels. Overall, if we had to stay here again we would, hopefully if we, do the renovations are complete!

Room was fairly clean. However, there was a smell to the room from the moment we opened the door. The bed was uncomfortable. No, we didn't say anything because we were going to be there for two nights and barely spent a ton of time in the room, least to notice the smell. Beds are beds, if we were going to be there any longer I would have asked for a mattress pad to put on it. So, if you happen to get a lumpy uncomfortable mattress, ask them for a pad, I can't tell you that they don't offer them since I didn't ask. Overall, the stay was pretty good, this was merely a place for us to relax and put our heads on a pillow at the end of the night.

Nice pool, great breakfast, hotel needs updating

We were disappointed with our stay. Initially, check in was great and the staff was very friendly however when we got to our room, it wasn’t in the best condition. The paneling was loose on both of the bedroom doors and the handle to the pocket door in one of the bathrooms was broken as well. The breakfast was great- friendly staff and well stocked. The pool was also nice and clean. The biggest complaint was that our room was only cleaned once during our stay and that was after we had to ask on both day 3 and day 4 of our stay to have it done. Even then, we were just given new towels and the beds were made. Overall, our stay was disappointing.

great stay

only stayed 1 night didn't have time to enjoy the amenities. but room was large spacious clean comfortable loved the price. only complaint is the parking only had 2 handicap.the rest of the parking was far away and not enough parking for the amount of rooms.
