Great Location but in need of a renovation

The location of the hotel is amazing. Lots of shops and public transport nearby. However the state of the hotel needs to be addressed. The building so 35 years old and it shows.

Very convenient. The hotel is literally in the train station. It's also very close to many places. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were bigger than expected. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. You will not regret. Get free breakfast as well it is amazing and the view on 36 floor is amazing.

The hotel was very nice with lots of amenities. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The location is excellent, it is in the middle of so much and a short ride away from the castle and a 30 min ride from Universal Studios. For parents with kids, just be aware that the pool is not for kids. You have to be 6 to enter and kids are not allowed in after 530 and ha e to leave by 6. The pool is 3 swimming la es and is meant for swimming.

We had a lovely stay, and one of the highlights was how consistently clean and organized our room was, thanks to the attentive staff. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The area where you come out from the first elevator felt uncomfortably warm, almost like a sauna every time. Additionally, having to transfer to the second elevator to reach our guest room was a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor setbacks, our overall experience was truly delightful.
