I loved your hotel everything to see very respectful, clean, organized I loved it I recommend it 100%

Old and outdated rooms/window didn’t close all the way in room 301 Lots of things broken or very run down/ staff almost always non existent and non-friendly/very shady clientele. DON’T DO IT. Plenty of other hotels in the area but you get what you pay for.

No cold water, hot water was so hot we couldn't shower. Manager was not helpful, told us to contact expedia for a refund. Contacted expedia to explain (chat with customer service) but no answer/solution.

Winter decorations were over the top. Breakfast was awesome along with the staff. Clean. Only complaint was heater was set at 64 when we walked into the room. It had to be 74 or higher in the room. Had to shut it off to cool the room down. Is the best stocked BW with towels and cups. Thank you.
