Rip off

We arrived late at night. Hotel room had smoke alarm that wouldn’t stop chirping (like when the battery is low). Had to move rooms. Blood stains on mattress of pullout couch. Previous flood in the bathroom has warped the base of the door that it is very hard to close. Took a shower and then realized there were no towels in the room. Weird dust clumps were blowing out of the fan- almost looked like mouse poop or bird poop (or mold) on the fan. We arrived at 1am after a long travel day, and the last thing we needed was to have to change rooms due to a chirping smoke detector. Add that to the other issues, and I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a major renovation. Staff were friendly- it isn’t their fault.

Room was recently updated and was clean. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Seemed to be occupied by more “residents” than guests but that’s what you get at the price point.
