Besides a few misunderstandings like giving me a room that was still being cleaned by room service and having to go back to change rooms and then I was in my new room and some guy swipes his key and gets into my room but it was just a misunderstanding so I get it people make mistakes

It's time for an upgrade on carpet. Pillows were lumpy. The room was clean and it's close to the airport. The shuttle service was nice. Breakfast was a pass. Not enticing at all.
